As an Associate Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating unique and trend-setting designs for our products. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Create original and trend-setting designs for our products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand vision and product goals Stay updated on current and emerging design trends and techniques Brainstorm and pitch design concepts to the team Conduct research and gather inspiration for design ideas Develop technical sketches and design specifications for production Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently Ensure designs meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines Participate in product development meetings and provide creative input Assist with sample evaluations and provide feedback for improvements Work closely with Senior Designers to support and assist with their projects Help maintain and organize design files and archives Represent the brand and its values through creative and innovative designs Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms Continuously strive to improve and elevate the brand's design aesthetic Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
