Associate Designer, Special Projects

The Associate Designer will support the development of Quick Turn and Special Projects across apparel, accessories, and footwear. This role blends creative design with fast-paced project execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product on tight timelines. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and highly adaptable, with a passion for design and product development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

:Create apparel technical sketches with detailed construction calloutsRecolor and adapt existing CADs for collaborations and custom projectsDesign and develop graphics for apparel, footwear, and accessoriesBuild print and graphic pitch presentations, including color and production technique detailsPartner with mills and vendors to support sample development and ensure accurate executionAssist in the creation and maintenance of product styles within internal systemsCollaborate with the Senior Designer to develop and update tech packsTrack development progress and communicate updates to cross-functional teamsReview lab dips, submits, and samples for accuracy and qualityMaintain ongoing communication with vendors and internal partner
