That standard guides everything we design.Position OverviewThe AssociateGraphicDesigner supports the Creative Services team in producing design assets that help senior living communities communicate with clarity, warmth, and authenticity. You'll work within established brand systems for multiple senior living clients while contributing ideas that strengthen visual communication at each stage of the prospect journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Design & ProductionDesign and produce digital assets including display ads, landing page graphics, web banners, and supporting visual content for client campaignsMaintain brand consistency across deliverables for multiple senior living clients with distinct identities, tone, and audience profilesAdapt master design templates for campaign variations, A/B testing, and seasonal messagingPrepare and export files in production-ready formats for digital platformsEmail Campaign GraphicsDesign HTML-ready email graphics including headers, banners, CTAs, and image blocks for prospect nurture campaigns, event invitations, and community announcementsSupport email production across inquiry, nurture, and follow-up sequences that guide prospective residents and adult children through the decision processOptimize imagery for email rendering across devices and clients, balancing visual quality with load performanceCollaborate with strategists and copywriters to ensure design reinforces the message and supports the intended action at each stage of the prospect journeySocial Media GraphicsProduce social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, adapted for each platform's specifications and audience expectationsTranslate brand voice and community personality into visual content — including lifestyle imagery compositions, quote graphics, event promotions, and community spotlightsSupport organic and paid social content calendars with consistent, on-brand assets that reflect authentic community lifeSize and format content for multiple placement types (feed, story, cover, sponsored) efficiently and accuratelyWork within project management workflows to meet deadlines across multiple active client accountsCommunicate clearly with creative directors, strategists, and account leads on file status, revisions, and production questionsMaintain organized file libraries and naming conventions across client brand foldersIncorporate feedback constructively and iterate efficiently within defined revision cyclesQualificationsRequired1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including internship or agency workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva experience a plusDemonstrated experience producing email campaign graphics and social media contentStrong understanding of digital file preparation, asset sizing, and platform specificationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet production deadlinesPortfolio demonstrating range across digital formats — email, social, web — with a consistent eye for layout, typography, and brand alignmentPreferredExperience working within multi-client agency or marketing consultancy environmentFamiliarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and HTML email conventionsUnderstanding of senior living, healthcare, or mission-driven service industriesBasic knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content (color contrast, alt text, readability)What We OfferWork on purposeful projects that support older adults, families, and the organizations that care for themLearn the business of senior living marketing from a team with deep operator relationships and market expertiseDevelop your skills within a structured creative process while having real input on how work is producedGrow within a firm that values both craft and strategic thinking — and treats design as a meaningful part of the client relationship#J-18808-Ljbffr
