Design Execution Create initial CADs, flats, and Illustrator sketches for new product lines Produce Photoshop product editing, mockups, color-ups, and presentation visuals Support Designers in compiling mood boards, concept boards, and inspiration decks Line Development & Organization Prepare and update line sheets and spec decks for internal review and production handoff Organize and maintain design files, digital libraries, and development trackers Maintain clear organization of components, trims, hardware, and other design elements Track costing and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule Track and manage product samples, including receiving, reviewing, and documenting feedback Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with merchandising, production, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of line development Assist with revisions, feedback incorporation, and project follow-ups Market & Trend Support Support competitive and market research to inform seasonal lines Compile findings for internal design reviews 1–3 years of experience in accessories, beauty, or product design (internships acceptable) Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign (required) Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in managing components, line assets, costing, and samples Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaborative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM, line sheet, or costing software a plus In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
