Associate Graphic Designer

What you'll do: • Join client Discovery calls to gather design preferences, goals, and brand insights • Conduct high-level research into client industries and competitors to inform design work • Produce digital assets such as websites, emails, social media graphics, and digital ads • Design print materials like brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing collateral • Support branding projects by helping research visual trends and assist in developing logos, typography, and color palettes • Resize and adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms • Help prepare and organize creative assets for client presentations • Occasionally assist with presenting work to clients, alongside senior designers • Stay tuned into design trends and AI tools to keep work fresh and relevant Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience • 1+ years of professional design experience • A portfolio that shows a range of strong digital and print work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Basic understanding of web design principles (WordPress or Webflow experience is a plus) • Familiarity with AI tools for design (like Firefly, DALL-E, Midjourney, or Canva AI tools) and an interest in learning more • Ability to follow creative direction and produce high-quality, on-brand work efficiently • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — able to juggle multiple projects at once • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual • Ability to take constructive feedback positively and iterate quickly
