This role will work closely with the Senior Designers and Creative Director to conceptualize and execute album artwork, merchandise, marketing campaigns, and digital content that align with Third Man’s brand and artists. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, an understanding of the brand and label's genres, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Design and refine merchandise, album covers, vinyl packaging, and related physical media. • Create compelling visuals (including short form video editing, creating cut downs etc. • Passion for music design, and understanding of Third Man's roster and aesthetic.
