About the Role HY-C is a well-established family-owned company that, for over 75 years, has been making home solutions products to protect your home against weather, wildlife, and everything in between. This is a hands-on role for an early-career designer, who will collaborate closely with marketing leadership and team members to develop compelling visuals that support product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling. • Ensure files are accurate, well-organized, and ready for downstream pre-production and mechanical development with a pre-press vendor. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field • Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy) • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with experience producing print-ready packaging files.
