Associate Graphic Designer (Women & Youth)

Quick Facts Role: Associate Graphic Designer (Women & Youth) Focus: Logowear and Graphics for Women’s and Youth product categories Schedule: Hybrid (HQ in Denver, CO), three days per week Description You’ll be part of the Logowear and Graphics design team, supporting production of production-ready graphics while balancing workloads for on-time delivery across multiple product calendars. You’ll help create tech packs, mock-ups, mood boards, sketches, and graphics that bring seasonal concepts to life, and develop your ability to present and narrate your work to cross-functional teams and leadership. You’ll contribute to cohesive graphic storytelling aligned with brand values. Responsibilities Support organization and production of graphics across Logowear and Graphics categories Carry artwork efficiently through the production phase Create tech packs, mock-ups, mood boards, sketches, and seasonal graphics Communicate and narrate design work to cross-functional teams and leadership Engage in ongoing learning, trend research, and creative briefings from Design leadership Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Design (apparel) required (or equivalent education and experience) 1–3+ years of related professional experience in a design role Experience in flat sketching and working with CADs Experience creating tech packs and production-ready files Experience researching and analyzing design and fashion trends Collaborative mindset and ability to take initiative Working knowledge of color palettes Clear communication skills and desire to develop a presenter's mindset Knowledge of the graphic production process Understanding of designing for market, trend, and end use Strong aesthetic sensibility; ability to design for different consumers Ability to accept and apply constructive art direction while bringing a unique creative voice Benefits Additional compensation: Eligible for annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential (details during recruiting/interview) Benefits programs: Medical and other benefits available through VF Corporation benefit programs (details provided during hiring process)
