Overview Job Responsibilities / Functions • Work with the creative team to manage a variety of timely graphic projects • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral • Design on behalf of university brands in accordance with their style guidelines and branding rules. • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule • Closely follow the creative direction of EIM brand guidelines • Perform retouching and manipulation of images • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software • Work cross-functionally with the EIM content team to ensure the message and design are cohesive • Research and order on-brand promotional materials for EIM events - conferences, University Partner social events etc. • Familiarity with partner brands and individual branding concepts • Developing a wide range of concepts, graphics and layouts for sales literature, rack cards, company logos, and websites • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required Qualifications • Job Requirements • A design portfolio is required for this position. • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to exhibit good judgment and give and receive constructive criticism • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals of varying backgrounds and responsibilities • Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
