Job Summary: The position is responsible for creating creative and engaging content from various assets, resulting in successful customer engagement. Duties And Responsibilities... • Uses Adobe Creative Suite software to create engaging and creative content including but not limited to catalogs, circulars, flyers, e-mail, social media, blogs, web design, video, internal presentations, in-store signage, or other special programs in accordance with instructions and directions from Creative supervision within NEXCOM marketing or other higher graded NEXCOM marketing associates. • Uses Adobe Creative Suite software or other applicable software to develop content for NEXCOM-approved media for review of thematic application, overall accuracy, and brand consistency. The training period is expected to be approximately one year; the incumbent may not advance to a higher Graphic Designer grade level with less than six months of experience in the current position. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: 1 year of academic study above the highest school level may be substituted for 9 months of experience, up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelors degree for 3 years of general experience.
