Associate Graphic & Surface Designer

Process is the path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. We are looking to bring on an Associate Graphic & Surface Designer to focus on creating visually engaging marketing and product design assets for our various brands. Who You Are • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, or related discipline • 1+ years experience as an in-house graphic designer, preferably in the consumer goods industry • Strong vector illustration skills with proven ability to work in a variety of styles • Photo retouching experience a huge advantage • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other relevant tools • Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout • Fundamental knowledge of branding practices and skills in graphic design for web, social media, and print Leapfrog is currently operating under a hybrid work model, and this position will report on site to our Lincoln Park office at least 2 days per week.
