Associate Producer/Executive Assistant for IMMEDIATE HIRE

A popular female comedian-hosted sex, dating, and relationship podcast is looking for a full-time Associate Producer/Executive Assistant to join their team. Please no aspiring comedians, but those who aspire to become producers, editors, graphic designers, etc this is for you! You should be focused, creative, organized, and willing and eager to take initiative. Main tasks will include:  Editing Videos and sketches for the brand’s YouTube, IGTV and Tik Tok  Shooting video footage of podcasts, sketches, tour dates, etc  Creating graphics every week to be shared on social media  Communicating with and booking guests for the podcast  Writing copy for each episode  Maintaining the podcast’s and hosts’ calendars  Researching talent and preparing the hosts for their weekly interviews  Helping to produce merchandise and fulfill orders  Aiding the two hosts in their other podcasts and various creative projects  Light assistant work (it’s mostly creative, but sometimes we get slammed and need something brought to the post office or dry cleaners) Skills desired:  High level video editing skills and knowledge of video editing programs  Copywriting excellence  High level graphic design skills (know how to create/maintain a brand)  Creativity  Sense of humor (the darker and grittier, the better)  Adaptability  Ability to work independently  Good multitasker Job Perks:  Create meaningful industry contacts  Attend really good standup comedy shows  Get free shit when companies send us stuff  Learn how to create and maintain a successful brand and run your own business If you are interested in applying please send us a cover letter (a real one, not a stuffy template) and resume.
