Associate, Production Design

The Associate, Production Design is a technical and executional design resource within New Era’s internal Creative Services team. Work within the Creative Services team to support project workflows for brand, sport, and lifestyle programsProduce high-quality and visually engaging assets for presentation decks, catalogs and sales tools, and marketing materialsTranslate large-volume project data into final form deliverablesServe as a technical partner to script and automate tasks and processes in workflows Produce creative assets within brand, league, and campaign-specific style guide requirementsIndividually manage multiple projects daily while meeting established deadlinesFollow a workflow consistent with best practices and timeliness defined by the Creative Services teamKeep confidential all sensitive/unreleased materialsOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopFamiliar with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, project management tools including Asana, and AI prompt engineeringExperience with scripting for data-driven publishing and design workflows leveraging CSV files and automation tools such as JavaScript and AppleScriptSolid foundation in graphic and visual design principlesExperience working across print and digital production outputsAbility to work within brand guidelines while finding creative ways to apply new technology and ideasComfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivityHighly organized with the ability to adhere to pre-defined conventions, processes, and workflows Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional team environment as well as working independentlyAppreciation and interest in sports/lifestyle apparel Education and Experience The location for this position is 100% on-site in Buffalo, NY0% to 5%; domestic and/or globalThe salary range for this posted position is $40,000 - $48,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York.
