Athletes Unlimited is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across apparel, accessories, and digital platforms. Responsibilities Apparel & Accessories Design Create original graphic designs for seasonal and evergreen collections across softball, volleyball, and basketball Develop athlete illustrations and translate them into compelling apparel designs that connect with fans and athletes Collaborate closely with the merchandise and equipment teams to conceptualize and design sideline apparel that aligns with brand identity and team needs Design for internal initiatives including influencer kits, VIP gifting, and special projects to elevate brand presence and storytelling Uphold the highest standards of quality, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines, manufacturing specifications, and production timelines Brand Stewardship & Collaboration Maintain visual consistency across apparel, digital, and marketing executions Keep abreast of sports, fashion, and lifestyle trends, as well as competitor activity, to inspire fresh, innovative design direction that connects authentically with fans and athletes We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
