This position will report to the Senior Graphic Designer.Responsibilities :Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing collateral, including but not limited to :Digital advertisements (social media graphics, website banners, email marketing templates)Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, signage, invitations)Sales presentations and decksEnvironmental graphics for the stadium (wayfinding, promotional displays)Ensure all design work adheres to the established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.Ability to work / communicate with outside vendors on collateral production.Organize and maintain digital assets effectively.Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality deliverables.Ability to receive / provide constructive feedback on all design projects.All other duties as assigned.Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.Qualifications / Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.2+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong and diverse online portfolioProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and knowledge of the print production processAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong attention to detailExperience in file setup for print production and outgoing graphics for optimal resolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks cross functionally and collaboratively with various departmentsDemonstrated time management and multitasking skillsAnimation / Motion Graphics / illustration knowledge preferredThe A's Diversity Statement :Diversity Statement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are in our organizational DNA.
