In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Designer to create compelling, on-brand visuals that inspire consumer engagement and loyalty. From hotel collateral to digital campaigns, your work will help shape the identity of our properties and the brands we serve. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about design and eager to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Understand project requirements and bring conceptual ideas to life.Design impactful layouts and graphics for print, digital, and collateral materials.Create assets for social media, email marketing, websites, advertising, signage, and more.Assist in managing hotel and restaurant collateral production.Support the development of brand guidelines and visual identities for various outlets.Collaborate with hotel sales and operations teams to meet property-specific marketing needs.Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and media.Take and apply feedback from senior creative team members.Stay up to date with industry design trends, materials, and technologies.Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments effectively.Qualifications:1–3 years of graphic design experience; internship or entry-level work acceptable.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).Experience in both digital and print design environments.Understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition.A strong, creative portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design execution.Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table.Positive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.Bonus: Photography and retouching experience.Requirements:Portfolio submission is required with your application.
