The successful candidate will work primarily with a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in conjunction with HVAC design and estimating staff to create AutoCAD and REVIT drawings and models for HVAC and Plumbing design projects. Primary Job Functions: • Work with Project Managers and Engineers to generate drawings and details for building design documents to be used for plan review submittal and installation of mechanical HVAC systems. • Proficient computer skills in Windows based software and Autodesk design software, including current AutoCAD MEP and REVIT BIM programs. • Understanding of mechanical HVAC Systems and products a plus, but direction on this will be provided. • Capable of working in a friendly team environment that will provide adequate support for a candidate that is willing to learn the required aspects of a dynamic professional/technical setting and has true interest in the profession and is willing to take on challenges that result in the personal advancement of the individual.
