A/V and Production Media Manager

JOB DUTIES · Prepare slides and multimedia communication for client · Develop and maintain working knowledge of hardware and software components necessary for hybrid in-person and streaming options, including but not limited to soundboard, and Online streaming options. · Develop and implement an overall strategy for delivery of multimedia services · Oversee and operate streaming and multimedia systems · Recruit and train volunteer and paid staff to operate various media streaming and multimedia systems · Provide pre-purchase evaluation of audiovisual and multimedia equipment and systems · Maintain all multimedia equipment and systems · Additional duties could include: · Prepare communication materials including print and electronic newsletters and announcements, telephone contacts, website, and social media · Working knowledge and skill for graphic design JOB REQUIREMENTS · A passion and desire to work in a Christian organization and environment · Proven ability to create, design and compile information for presentation · Good working knowledge of music production, performance and/or theory · 3-5 years experience in media production (video, audio, graphics, etc. ), media and event staging, audiovisual systems integration and operation, and minor audiovisual systems maintenance · High school diploma with college preferred · 3-5 years’ experience in graphic communication and media preferred · The ability to work Sunday mornings from 7:30AM until noon. Additional hours can be completed remotely or onsight Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
