Approximately 20-40 hours a week (hours may vary). Paid intern or assistant with experience in graphic design, sales, marketing, public relations, communications or related course of study a plus, but not required. Daily activities include email and phone calls to clients, completing tasks such as follow-up phone calls, responding to service or construction issues, preparation of print (presentation folders) and digital (email w/ maps, property-specific info), handling social media IG posts (weekly) E-blasts (once or twice per month) some preparation of spreadsheet calculations and confirming or scheduling appointments will be part of the experience as well. – Knowledge of sales and contracts – Able to follow-up on phone calls and e-mails for future and existing clients - Clear happy phone voice – Creative – Organized - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Google Calendar. Handling referrals and testimonials from former clients for social media posts.
