Bartenders/Servers & Hosts Nightlife

From Bartenders, Servers and Runners we have multiple locations looking for experienced staff with a minimum of one year Hospitality experience. Background in Sports Lounges and Night Clubs required We currently have a need for service and hospitality professionals who are 21 years of age, authorized to work in the United States, and committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experience for our patrons. An ideal candidate is proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, is well written and well spoken, excels in building interpersonal relationships, is customer service oriented, and is able to commit to 20 hours a week. Responsibilities: • Updating and maintaining up to date database o Becoming proficient in My Newsletter Builder • Outreach- Delivering information to and building relationships with office buildings and hotel concierges • Updating and maintaining website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,Tik Tok, Yelp/ all social media platforms o Running social media contests • Idea generation: coming up with new ideas to market and promote the venue and brand o Events, Happy Hour activation ect. • Learning log system • Shadowing events coordinator (walkthrough, booking djs, room set up, décor, menus, contracts, ect) • Option to work in front of house, back of house, shadow management o Can tailor internship to goals of the intern • Can take on service shifts to make extra money • Flexible with hours during the week • Can take on graphic design responsibilities if willing and able
