Baton Rouge Graphic Design Position

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for producing designs and layouts of assigned projects. Requirements Of All Associates: • Apply best efforts and full capability each day to the work assigned by own manager. • Communicate with manager when an assignment is not understood, conflicts with knowledge, current skills, or available time/resources, obstacles exist, or opportunities to better complete or improve the assignment exist. Role Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or similar field and a minimum of 3 years design experience in a creative department or design firm and a strong design portfolio. This role requires a mid-senior level designer with experience in a creative department or design firm, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
