P&G BeautyHouse is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Beauty Care team.As a BeautyHouse Graphic Designer within P&G, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, consisting of 2D package design, Instore, and digital activation. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category.Uses Empathy and non-linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.Experience in designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and a familiarity with AI-enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices with multi-functional partners. ).Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of relevant experience.
