We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:Design and Update Marketing Materials: Create and refresh deal marketing materials, including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, social media, presentations, and marketing reports.Create Graphics and Infographics: Design compelling graphics and infographics, including charts, graphs, numerical data, and maps.Coordinate Information Gathering: Work closely with advisors, team members, and other departments to gather information for marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents.Present and Revise Creative Work: Showcase your creative work to the team and business partners, collect feedback, and make necessary updates.Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Deliver the highest level of quality and accuracy by thoroughly reviewing creative materials.Assist with Events: Help create event materials such as invitations, signage, etc., and occasionally assist in planning and setting up functions and events, as needed.Team Efficiency: Assist in the creation and development of design templates to enhance team productivity and consistency.Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up to date with the latest industry design tools and trends.Design graphics and infographics including charts, graphs, numerical data, maps, etc.Other duties as assigned.
