Responsibilities • Adaptation of creative from English to Spanish across various deliverables—from social content and web copy to display advertising and e-commerce • Create major deliverables that uphold the highest standards of creative excellence and align with client objectives • Take a hands-on approach in design execution, working directly on projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Execute the conceptual and aesthetic direction of campaigns, asset creation, experiential activations, and design projects • Excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism • Create engaging content across multiple formats, including videos, static posts, and animations • Contribute positively to Monks' culture, its people, and its clients If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
