Calling all saucy people! Fast-growing and award-winning food manufacturing company is seeking a graphic designer with CPG label expertise. Use your design skills to help scale the business operations to fit the needs of the company’s impressive growth! Duties and responsibilities • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements o Prepare rough drafts and present ideas o Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand o Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic o Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design o Test graphics across various media o Amend designs after feedback o Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand • CPG label design o Maintain graphic standards in all creative designs: while adhering to current strategies, branding, company message, and procedures o Practice a quick and efficient design process for packaging materials, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes and digital images o Assist in coordinating with domestic and overseas printers o Take ownership of individual projects while working on collaborative projects, presenting design options for review as assigned o Meet goals pertaining to cost, safety compliance, and branding • Other duties as they may arise from time to time Qualifications • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Expert in CPG labels • Familiarity with packaging materials, costs, and processes • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet time sensitive deadlines • Good aesthetic sense with a passion for design and a genuine interest to learn • Impeccable file management, organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
