Apply accuracy, time management skills, and attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment. Work with a team of intelligence and cyber subject matter experts (SMEs), senior Instructional System Designers (ISDs), and curriculum developers.Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a graphic designer3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite3+ years of experience developing Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) at ICW levels 2, 3, and 41+ years of experience developing Section 508 compliant courseware, including SCORM 4.1 and HTML5 standards1+ years of experience developing courseware in support of an approved Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Learning Management System (LMS)TS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Communications and 3+ years of experience in graphic design or communications, or 5+ years of experience in graphic design or communications in lieu of a degreeAdditional Qualifications:Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or DoD equivalent CertificationMilitary or Civilian Instructor CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
