Join our collaborative marketing team as a Graphic Designer, supporting corporate branding and marketing initiatives through creative and impactful design solutions. Brand & Design Support • Assist in creating and maintaining branded materials including signage, business cards, flyers, and digital collateral • Support the organization and maintenance of the company’s digital asset library • Ensure all materials align with corporate branding standards and guideline • Design offering memorandums (OMs), brochures, proposals, and presentations under the direction of senior team members • Collaborate with marketing, brokerage, and research teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs • Provide creative solutions to enhance the quality and impact of marketing materials Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in real estate, professional services, or a corporate setting • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required) • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work • Basic understanding of print production processes and digital media standards • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate in a team environment • Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members At Bradley Company, you’ll be part of a creative team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth.
