You will work with team members across departments to bring concepts to life through compelling graphics, ensuring consistency with company standards and brand guidelines.We foster a collaborative environment with a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring four days in the office including our signature "All in Wednesdays" — dedicated team days designed to drive innovation and strengthen professional connections.Location: Indianapolis, IndianaSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)Reports to: Chief Operating OfficerKey ResponsibilitiesBrand & Design SupportAssist in creating and maintaining branded materials including signage, business cards, flyers, and digital collateralSupport the organization and maintenance of the company’s digital asset libraryEnsure all materials align with corporate branding standards and guidelinesMarketing Collateral ProductionDesign offering memorandums (OMs), brochures, proposals, and presentations under the direction of senior team membersCollaborate with marketing, brokerage, and research teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needsProvide creative solutions to enhance the quality and impact of marketing materialsDigital & Visual Content CreationDevelop digital assets for web, email, and social media campaignsAssist in updating visual content for the company website and other online platformsSupport internal teams with branded design materials for recruitment, events, and company-wide initiativesCollaboration & Continuous LearningPartner with colleagues to execute design projects on time and with attention to detailStay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative outputContribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing ideas and supporting cross-functional effortsPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs and contribute to team success.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in real estate, professional services, or a corporate settingSkills & CompetenciesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design workBasic understanding of print production processes and digital media standardsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate in a team environmentSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior team membersWhy Join Our Team?Bradley Company values collaboration, innovation, and growth.
