Brand and Visual Design Manager

First Things First is a leader in supporting Arizona's children from birth to age 5 by building a family-centered, equitable, and high-quality early childhood system. The Brand & Visual Design Manager will leverage strong creative and marketing skills to create a wide range of digital and print visual materials that advance the agency’s strategic communications, storytelling, and brand development. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy, this role also supports internal teams and grantees by training on brand standards and managing content systems. • Three to five years (or more) of direct experience in visual design, branding, email marketing, digital asset management, and multimedia production. • Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress or similar platforms, including contact/list management.
