Monitor emerging social media trends, creators, platform updates, consumer behaviors, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for the brand.Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to inform future creative decisions and optimize content effectiveness.Explore new creative technologies, AI-enabled tools, and workflow enhancements that improve content production and creative efficiency.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines.Foster collaborative relationships across departments while contributing positively to creative reviews, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role is defined by the ability to consistently create compelling, high-quality content that strengthens brand awareness, supports business objectives, and engages audiences across digital platforms. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, graphic design, social media, or a related creative role.Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both graphic design and social-first content creation.Experience capturing, editing, and producing engaging short-form video content for digital platforms.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Figma; familiarity with After Effects and CapCut preferred.Strong understanding of typography, layout, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and digital design best practices.Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, platform algorithms, and evolving digital culture.Experience within luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or editorial brands strongly preferred.Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Curiosity for emerging technologies, AI-assisted creative tools, and innovative approaches to content development.
