The Associate Development Program is a paid 12-month full-time (temporary) experience designed for new or recent graduates who are looking to grow their professional sports experience. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Associate of Arts or Associate of Applied Science Degree in Commercial Art/Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience • Proficient with current version of Adobe Creative Suite • Skilled in both digital/multimedia and print creative • Work independently while open to creative direction • Multi-task and prioritize multiple projects daily • Contribute to creative brainstorming • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Animation, web design, and copywriting experience a plus • Knowledge of print production is desired Our goal is to provide quality support and a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for our most important resource, our people.
