Determine the best output method based on the customer's need. Work with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc. Serve as a backup for answering the phone if the Franchisee, manager and sales/service employees are busy assisting other customers. Understand the sales process enough to consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions. Communicate with customers on order status and changes the production schedule.
