Help evolve and maintain Abaka AI’s visual identity across digital, print, and physical experiencesDesign conference and event materials including booth graphics, signage, banners, handouts, presentations, and promotional assetsCreate branded swag and merchandise including stickers, apparel, notebooks, giveaways, packaging, and other marketing materialsDevelop high-quality presentations, pitch decks, recruiting materials, customer-facing assets, and sales collateralDesign marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, community initiatives, and partnership programsCollaborate with GTM, Partnerships, Recruiting, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual experiencesSupport employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, and candidate-facing communicationsMaintain and organize brand assets, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across the organizationCoordinate with external vendors, printers, and merchandise suppliers to ensure high-quality production and deliveryManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlinesContribute creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas that strengthen Abaka AI’s brand presenceStay informed on design trends, emerging creative technologies, and AI-assisted design workflows 1 to 4 years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Design, Visual Design, or related fieldsStrong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing collateral, presentation design, event design, and visual storytellingProficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design toolsStrong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication principlesExperience designing both digital and print assetsAbility to independently manage projects and drive work from concept to completionStrong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving prioritiesInterest in AI, technology, startups, marketing, or community buildingExperience designing presentations, conference materials, event assets, social media content, or branded merchandise is preferredExperience designing for conferences, trade shows, employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, or B2B technology companies is preferredExperience working with print vendors, merchandise production, or event fabrication partners is a plusExperience with motion graphics, video editing, illustration, photography, web design, or AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Abaka AI.
