Brand Designer

Rumble is seeking a Brand Designer to create bold, high-impact visual work across our brand, marketing, creator, and business initiatives. You’ll help shape how Rumble shows up to creators, users, advertisers, and partners across a fast-growing video platform built around independent voices and audience connection. Qualifications3+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand and marketing work across multiple channels and asset types.3+ years of experience designing email creative, ideally in Figma or a comparable design environment.Experience producing digital, presentation, and large-format creative assets.Strong understanding of how to connect brand or marketing strategy to effective visual design.Proficiency in Figma and strong command of design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects.Highly self-directed, proactive, and organized, with the ability to manage work independently and own outcomes in an environment without dedicated project management support.General understanding of performance and growth marketing, and how creative work supports campaign outcomes.Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and outside creative partners.Comfort working in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products, especially for presentation, document, and collaborative asset development.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing for technology, media, creator-focused, or advertising-related businesses.Experience creating social assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Agency background or experience supporting multiple brands, campaigns, or audiences in parallel.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience creating work that supports creator programs, audience growth, advertising, or brand partnerships.Annual Compensation Range$100,000 - $120,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States) Rumble is an active participant in the e-verify program.
