ResponsibilitiesCreative & Brand DevelopmentDesign and develop visual identity systems for hospitality-minded brands across a variety of industries and project typesCreate thoughtful, strategic creative work across identity, packaging, menus, signage, websites, social assets, print collateral, presentations, and other brand touchpointsTranslate strategic direction into clear and compelling visual systemsHelp maintain consistency and attention to detail across all client deliverablesPresent creative ideas internally and contribute to collaborative creative discussionsPrepare production-ready files for print, packaging, signage, and digital applicationsCollaboration & Team SupportWork closely with the Creative Director, Senior Brand Designer, strategists, copywriters, developers, photographers, and external partners to bring projects to lifeParticipate in internal reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback to teammatesSupport project timelines and communicate proactively around deadlines, revisions, and deliverablesHelp create an organized and positive creative environment that supports strong work and strong relationshipsRequirements3–6 years of professional design experience in a studio, agency, or in‑house brand environmentA strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful brand identity work, typography, layout, and creative problem‑solvingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as FigmaExperience building brand systems across both print and digital applicationsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environmentAn understanding of print production and file setup is preferredExperience within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plusBenefitsBase salary and a year‑end bonus for the company hitting its annual revenue goal (discretionary)Medical benefits covered at 50%, optional dental and vision benefits covered at 100%, and term life insurance of $10,000Annual performance reviews may lead to increases in compensation and responsibilityFlexible work schedule.
