Brand Designer

Help define the look and voice of Shopping Solutions Plus as a mid-level Brand Designer working alongside a tight-knit creative crew. Put your 4 years of experience to work in a $52,000 - $74,000 role with ownership, mentorship, and room to grow.

Contribute to and help evolve Shopping Solutions Plus's design system and component library
Design on-brand visual concepts across digital and print channels for Shopping Solutions Plus

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated knack for making the inclusive feel manageable
Practical Adobe After Effects skills sharpened in a hybrid setting
Prior experience working on-site in Bloomington, IN, or willingness to relocate
A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
4+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
3+ years of Storyboarding reps, not just Storyboarding exposure

Where most creative vendors automate the easy parts, Shopping Solutions Plus tackles the hard ones, from a purpose-soaked headquarters in Bloomington, IN. Learning out loud is encouraged here, so share the Storyboarding rabbit hole you fell down yesterday.

We hand you $52,000 - $74,000, a growth plan, a mentor, and benefits, then let you flex your week to fit Bloomington the way you like.

As of this visit, Shopping Solutions Plus is actively reviewing for the Brand Designer role.

We hire for hunger as much as resumes, so if that's you, the Brand Designer role is open.
