About Hut 8 About The Role You will be responsible for delivering work that is original, elevated, and non-derivative. • You bring 3+ years of professional design experience, with a proven ability to lead and execute brand work across a range of formats, audiences, and creative challenges. • You have a natural passion for design and a sharp eye—you notice the details others miss and care deeply about craft, clarity, and visual impact • You have exceptional visual taste, with a strong grasp of brand systems and the ability to apply them precisely across channels • You hold a high standard for technical execution across static and motion formats, and your portfolio reflects polish and originality • You reject generic design and bring a distinct point of view while still working within brand constraints • You’re highly adaptable between refined, institutional visual styles and more expressive, culturally relevant creative for consumer audiences • You excel at data-driven and information design—capable of translating complex ideas, metrics, and financial narratives into clear, compelling visual formats • You are fluent in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience in motion/production software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut) is a plus • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders without compromising on quality • You thrive in execution-heavy environments and take full ownership of delivering excellent creative, start to finish
