Applications received via LinkedIN will not be considered. • have at least 3 concrete and defined experiences where you concepted a new brand entirely from scratch and then designed the visual identity system to support it • be a conceptual thinker; someone who can be inspired by big ideas and use them to story-tell and inform their brand designs • have 5-10 years of solid design experience in both print and web • understand and have examples of navigating brand hierarchy • have experience in the B2B and/or social impact sectors (preferred, not mandatory) • have at least two comprehensive examples of developing brand standards and identity systems • have the ability to move easily between brands • have 2-3 proven examples of thinking strategically about design • have experience creating dynamic PPT presentations that demonstrate a strong ability to synthesize and articulate complex ideas through visual storytelling • demonstrate strong layout and design skills (long-format publications, one-sheeters, etc.) • develop and contribute to creating brands • execute well-defined ideas and contribute to the strategic thinking behind them • work with amazing clients on incredible projects • become part of a diverse, idea-centric team • do things you are proud of We partner with people with vision to bring ideas to life.
