We’re looking for a Brand Designer with deep expertise in Experiential Graphic Design—someone who can think big, design boldly, and execute with exceptional craft. ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative up‑front design concepts, environmental graphics, and experiential identity for physical spaces.Think creatively and execute on the technical understanding to final production.Exercise strong interpersonal and communication skills, working well with integrated teams of architects and interior designers.Communicate ideas clearly in client presentations and to the team.Draw at scale and work with architectural documentation, elevations, plans, and shop drawings.Design and develop signage and wayfinding systems that are clear, code‑compliant, and integrated with architectural and interior design from concept through production and installation.Stay plugged into emerging technologies, industry trends, and design trends, and share with the team.Maintain a strong work ethic, flexibility, positivity, and thrive in a fast‑paced collaborative setting.Show a portfolio that demonstrates a variety of approaches and fully realized projects, applying a client’s brand and design aesthetic across multiple mediums.Demonstrate interest in expanding skillsets across design platforms such as the built environment, signage, wayfinding, experiential design, brand design, and digital design.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or a similar field.At least eight years of post‑graduate direct relevant work experience in environmental graphics.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD tools, Microsoft Word, and Excel.Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D, Motion Graphics, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere is a huge advantage.Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management.Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.Strong sense of materials and fabrication/construction within a built environment.Typography and illustration skills are a huge plus.CompensationThe base salary is estimated between $90,000 and $125,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits contingent on relevant experience.
