Create reusable graphics for communications, newsletters, training materials, engagement campaigns, and stakeholder updates.Design background images, patterns, icons, infographics, callout graphics, and other visual components that reinforce the STEP 2.0 brand.Translate technical, process, and adoption messages into clear, accessible visual assets.Support rapid-turn design needs while keeping materials consistent, polished, and aligned to the approved brand direction.Key competencies: Layout design, iconography, infographic design, visual simplification, accessibility-aware design, brand application, production design, and the ability to create polished assets quickly across multiple channels. Create branded PowerPoint templates for leadership briefings, working sessions, training materials, adoption updates, and governance forums.Develop reusable slide layouts, visual systems, icons, callout styles, timelines, dashboards, and status views.Turn rough ideas, discussion points, and complex concepts into clear graphic representations for executive briefs, workshops, and demonstrations.Ensure slide templates are easy for non-designers to update without breaking the visual structure.Support fast-turn executive materials where clarity, polish, and message discipline are critical.Key competencies: Presentation design, executive storytelling, information hierarchy, visual simplification, template design, dashboard and timeline design, brand consistency, and the ability to make complex program information clear at a glance.
