Gensler’s Brand Design studio is a collaborative team of designers, strategists, and storytellers that engages with a wide variety of clients on projects of all sizes. Your Role Minimum 8 years of experience in brand strategy, print design, and environmental graphics with a professional degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldExceptional design sense – adept at developing creative up-front design concepts as well as having the technical knowledge to prepare final documentation and artwork for 3D/EGD, print, or digital applicationsExcellent communication skills and experience as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, consultants, and project teamsAbility to lead complex, multifaceted projects while exhibiting financial stewardship and adhering to demanding project schedulesAbility to work closely with design leadership across Gensler to promote an interdisciplinary design philosophy and to facilitate its advancement both inside and outside of the firmDesire to develop, motivate and mentor young design professionalsDemonstrated success building, nurturing, and sustaining client relationshipsPlease note you must submit a portfolio of your work to be considered for this position.For consideration, you must submit a portfolio and your resume in PDF format.The base salary range will be estimated between $100-115k. Gensler’s total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
