Your Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand strategy, print design, and environmental graphics with a professional degree in Graphic Design or a relative field • Exceptional design sense - adept at developing creative up-front design concepts as well as having the technical knowledge to prepare final documentation and artwork for 3D/EGD, print, or digital applications. Gensler’s total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
