Effectively uses professional software to deliver final designs including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.Project Management - works with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution. Manages individual projects beginning with internal briefing, managing timelines, and scheduling work-back schedules, budget management, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards. Manages both individual projects as well as groups of projects to stay within stated budgets. Communicates project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and material specifications.WHAT YOU WILL WORK OHelp drive the Center of Excellence for Brand Experience and Brand Environments focused on translating Brand Strategy to Environments and Experiences.Brand Experience and Retail guidelines development to include materials, color, space design, furniture, fixture, and design direction as well as how brand stories, photography, and tone of voice come to life in our environments and experiences.Retail concepts and product launches.Support a design process of clear ideation focusing on exploration of color, materiality, texture, spacing, proportion, scale and use of the environment.Ensure project goals and priorities align with Global Brand (Brand Experience) and business strategies.Constantly seek new and innovative ways to tell stories through graphics, styling, lighting, sculpture, photography, video, animation and more.Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts to all levels of leadership and partners.Collaborate across cross-functional project teams and the Global Brand Org.Foster innovative thinking, collaboration, and teamwork.Understand design processes to ensure results, timelines and budgets are met.
