Position Overview
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a creative and detail-driven Brand Experience Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling designs that enhance brand presence, support marketing initiatives, and improve patient and stakeholder engagement.
This role is perfect for a designer who excels at combining creativity with strategic thinking in a healthcare-focused environment.
$97,000 - $127,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visual assets for digital platforms (web, email, social media, landing pages) and print materials
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams to develop creative campaigns
Maintain and evolve Vibra Healthcare’s brand identity across all channels
Translate complex healthcare messaging into clear, accessible visual content
Create graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral
Ensure all designs meet brand standards, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance requirements
Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality assurance
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and print design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, post-acute care, or regulated industries
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
