Ensure all materials are reviewed and approved by Compliance before distribution.Minimum Requirements: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:2+ years graphics design experience (print and digital)Experience with digital design including proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Creativity: Strong graphic style and portfolioInitiative to keep projects movingAbility to take design direction from multiple partiesDisciplined work ethicStrong attention to detailAbility to convey messages into illustrations, charts or graphsDesired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills:5+ years graphics design experience (print and digital)Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications or Graphic DesignPassionate and motivated self-starterStrong work ethic and ability to complete work accuratelyStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to assist with copywriting on smaller projects.We are a culture that believes that people are our greatest asset and are at the heart of everything we do.
