Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, organized, and passionate about producing high‑quality visual materials in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce branded marketing assets including templates, social graphics, email graphics, digital advertisements, presentations, infographics, and sales enablement materialsCreate and update visual assets supporting campaigns, product launches, events, and marketing initiativesResize, version, and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, channels, and audiencesDesign and prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files for production and distributionSupport event and tradeshow design needs including signage, booth graphics, presentations, and promotional materialsCollaborate with marketing, content, and cross‑functional teams to ensure visual consistency and timely project executionMaintain and update branded templates and digital asset librariesReview and proof creative materials to ensure brand accuracy, consistency, and production readinessSupport ongoing production needs and other related duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate or in‑house marketing environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality digital and print design work across multiple marketing channels and asset typesThorough understanding of brand standards and the ability to consistently execute within established visual guidelinesExceptional attention to detail with strong focus on design accuracy, consistency, and production qualityAdvanced aesthetic and visual composition skills including typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytellingAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe PhotoshopExperience using Canva to develop and maintain branded marketing assets and templates for internal and external communications, including templates compatible across Canva and Adobe platformsStrong understanding of print and digital design best practices including file setup, formatting, resolution, and output requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, content, and cross‑functional teamsExperience reviewing and proofing designed materials to ensure visual accuracy, brand consistency, and production readinessAbility to shift priorities based on evolving business needsUnderstanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization best practicesPreferred QualificationsBasic motion graphics or video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After EffectsUnderstanding of UI/UX design fundamentals and responsive digital design principlesExperience working within project management platforms such as Asana or similar workflow toolsKnowledge of current design trends, marketing creative best practices, and emerging digital content formatsExperience organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries and branded template systemsBenefitsGroup health coverage (medical, dental, & vision)Employee Assistance ProgramsPre‑tax spending accounts401(k) plan with company matchCompany‑provided life insurancePet insuranceEmployee discountsGenerous paid holiday schedule, paid vacation & sick/personal daysEqual OpportunityToshiba Global Commerce Solutions is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that evaluates qualified applicants without regard to age, ancestry, color, religious creed, disability, marital status, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, national origin, race, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation or any other protected factor.
