Brand-Savvy Graphic Designer for Web & Campaigns

We are seeking an organized, detailed and driven Graphic Designer to join our team of experienced marketing professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for various website content updates, social media graphics, animated gifs, digital display and banner ads, reporting and assisting with email marketing. No applicant will be considered without samples of work.Job DutiesImplement new website features and content, including graphic elements, website navigation and page layout.Create social media graphics on a monthly basis for clientsCreate animated gifs and digital display/banner adsCreate email campaigns, from design, testing, distribution and reportingEnsure high quality graphic and web standards that maintain brand consistencyRegularly research brand trends, layouts and best practicesProofreading, re-structuring and editing current website contentPulling website reporting through Google AnalyticsMaintain short and long-term deadlinesCollaborate with our teams to ensure clean workflow of projects through discovery, design, development, final approval and deliveryKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong understanding of web design principles, usability, and user experienceFamiliarity with AI-assisted design tools and ability to leverage them responsiblyStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize tasksOutstanding attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skillsMature, responsible and self-motivated with a strong work ethicMaintain positive attitude when dealing with all team members and clientsMinimum Requirements/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications, or related fieldExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)About Central StatesCentral States Marketing offers an attractive compensation package, which includes a competitive salary, 401(k) plan, PTO, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits program.
