The Branding & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for assisting internal staff with creating customized communication templates across multiple mediums, graphics, PowerPoint presentations, benefit guides, proposals and other electronic and printed materials for marketing and member communications. • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement uniform branding to be utilized across all FSRMF and FSEBT departments and create branding guidelines for use throughout the organization. • Assist in the creation of marketing presentations for use by the Relationship Management/Engagement Team. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of work experience in communications, creative design, graphic design • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, and typography • Ability to generate unique concepts through sketching, mood boarding, and brainstorming to solve visual problems • Ability to create logos, color palettes, and typograph sets that establish a brand’s unique identity • The capability to create and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints • Experience creating graphics for print, digital, and presentation platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to meet timelines and manage multiple assignments • Ability to work cross-functionally and process feedback from multiple sources • Strong attention to detail • This is an in-house position with FSRMF located in Tallahassee, FL; it is not a telecommute position.
