Overview of Position:The Sr. Graphic Designer will work directly with the Creative Director and marketing department on all aspects of design and production for the Bridges portfolio of brands. They will use their extensive design experience and skills in the creation and management of assets across multiple mediums, including packaging, digital marketing, print media, event materials, and social media content. Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt designs accordingly.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand image across all touchpoints.Collaboration: Work closely with other team members as well as outside contractors, including designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketers to develop and refine design concepts.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality utilizing company-defined project management and creative workflow software. Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills across different mediums, including packaging, digital, and print.
