The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:Creative Design & Development:Develop creative and impactful designs for both print and digital media.Design assets including logos/branding, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and social media graphics.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines for both bswift and its clients.Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with team members to produce marketing and communication materials.Deliver multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay current with design trends and tools, offering creative insights.Production & File Management:Prepare and package design files for print and digital distribution.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:3-5 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to design polished presentations.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and styles.Receptive to feedback and open to iterative improvements.Mac user proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Teams).Preferred Education and Experience:Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate setting.Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies.Why Join bswift?At bswift, we empower our employees to make a meaningful impact, innovate, and grow. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
